So last week we had an assignment in English Class. We had to write a poem with the topic "You in Puerto Rico", or in other words, our life in Puerto Rico. I've never written a poem and poems aren't in my best interest, so I was a bit skeptical with this assignment in particular. Why I'm proud to be a Latina
If you've heard of American pride, African pride, or even Asian pride, then you'd probably heard of Latino pride. It's that pride we Latins carry with ourselves because we're showing everyone how proud we are of the place we're from.
