My long awaited culture shock

written 10/23/09- thought I would share my culture shock and how thankful I am that I had it. :o)
I feel as if I’ve been walking around with my eyes closed for the last 24 years of my life. If by chance they were open, I was numb to so much around me. I am so lucky to be working for a company that even through all the criticism and fear due to a struggling economy, still values diversity enough to continue investing in the future of Latino Leaders (and of all cultures).
