Today we had a field trip and went to Dell. It was great! First we went to a room where two software designers talked about what they do and stuff. Then we tried VR; you would be in a cage underwater and then let out, at the end a shark would eat you. For me it wasn’t even scary. After that we had lunch (which was really good) and got a free copy of the book The House on Mango Street. I got a light up Dell ball that I earned when I answered a trivia question correctly. later some Zumba…

First we went on a bus and went to Dell.First Joyce told us about their self. Then we went to the software zone and also told us about 3D printing. Then we did a little bit of VR with sharks. That was cool. Then we got a free copy of The House On Mango Street! We read a chapter then ate enchiladas and talked with volunteers…

Today i went to Dell. I had so much fun and my favorite part was doing zumba because the zumba teacher made it so up-beat and fun. Playing on the VR was also fun; it felt so real. Today's field trip was so much fun.

Today was a great day at the Latinitas Cine Chica Camp. We finished editing our documentaries (FINALLY!) and most of our groups added music. My group made some cool music on garage band and added it to the credits. Then we made our own movie posters Latina/o style, we could be in partners or on our own.
