I am a Chica Poderosa because I have been pursuing my dream of becoming an engineer. As a women sometimes it is hard for other people to see us work in a field where most men are working in, but what they don`t know is that we can be as good as they are. Being in a classroom where your classmates are men can be hard sometimes, but we can work with that and we can even change their perspective of women working in a men`s field.
