Good reads!

I'm not too sure if anyone shares the same passion that I have, but I absolutely love to read. You'll usually find an unread book on my person, unless I'm already loaded down with books or binders from school.

If anyone else has this burning desire to pick up a good book/poem/magazine/short story, here are a few that I recommend to everyone. Some of the titles that I included might be a little tough to read, so forming a book club could help you understand the material a little better, and have fun with friends while you learn!

3. Popular Science (magazine)
4. Home and Personal Defense (magazine) - this magazine could LITERALLY save your life!
5. Psychology Today (magazine)
6. Divergent - Veronica Roth
7. The Things they Carried - Tim o'Brien (a very sad story)
8. The Raven - Edgar Allan Poe (short story/poem)
9. The Yellow Wallpaper - Charlotte Perkins Gilman (a very twisted story)
10. Invictus - William Ernest Henley

To Kill a Mockingbird and The Raven were two of my favorite works growing up. Have you seen the old classic  movie they made of To Kill a Mockingbird? SO powerful and worth checking out!
