Lets face it, being a motivated chica isn't always easy! We all have those days, weeks (or in my case months) where its hard to find inspiration to do anything other than be lazy or sleep. You know you have been there, whether you find yourself staring at a blank screen, a blank page or even a neglected pair running shoes.

Getting motivated isn't an easy task, thats why when I need a pick me up I rely on the power of music. It is truly amazing how listening to one song can completely change your mood. As we near the final stretch of the school year try listening to some powerful female artists to get you through weeks of testing, writing papers or even exercising.
