Hi, my name's Alexandra Murillo!

I'm currently an undergraduate at the University of Texas at Austin and I'm studying to get my B.S. in Biology.

Even though I'm going to major in a science, I really love all things journalism. I was big into journalism when I was in high school, but unfortunately I didn't continue it into college. 

Because of my love for journalism, I am also an editorial intern for Latinitas. I wanted to work for Latinitas because I truly believe in what Latinitas is doing for the Hispanic community and wish something like this had been available to me when I was young.
