I couldn't help but feel like Chris Brown's apology was insincere and staged. His words did not seem genuinly regretful and seemed like they were thoroughly rehearsed. Now how sorry can someone be when it doesn't come from the heart??

OMG! That's what I said to my husband on Thursday afternoon over a text message. Then again in the evening when I got home. And again at night when we were getting ready for bed.
