How did you hear about Latinitas?
My Mother and I where looking for ways that I can write and express myself online. We both came across Latinitas together.
I decided that I was really excited about the idea of being one of you individual voices on your site. I applied immediately.

When to Know its Time to Part With Your My Little Ponies.

A challenge I have faced in being a Latina is that I am both I am a Mexican American but I am also a Caucasian American. In most social situations my Latin aspect is not fully apparent because of my appearance and that I only speak English.  When I am auditioning for roles for teens of color casting directors may not consider me a woman of color because it’s not always evident in my skin tone.
