It seems to me that every day more and more people are afraid to express their feelings, whether they be of anger, sadness, love, or happiness. Most of the time people hold back their feelings because they fear being judged or even being rejected. I tend to go along with these kinds of people because it's always so much easier to hold back. However, I have come to realize that we shouldn't hold on to our feelings. We shouldn't take life for granted and we should express how we feel each and every day. If you're mad at someone, why not let that person know your reasons for being mad? This can help the other person know your reasons and it can help release the tension. It can also help to stop being mad at each other. If you love someone, why not tell the person you love them? You never know when will be the last time that you'll be able to tell the person how much you love him/her. Nevertheless, I can only encourage everyone who reads this blog to express your feelings and not think of fear or rejection when expressing them. It always feels so much better when you let someone know how you're feeling.
