When it comes to weightlifting there continues to be many misconceptions such as, "I don't lift weights because I don't want to get bulky" and "only guys lift weights." Truth be told many girls actually do weights and you won't get bulky if you lift weights, that would require loads of supplements and drinks, intense training, strict dieting based on your body, and even steroids! We don't have the same hormones as males so chances of getting bulky is not very probable. Through my training experience I highly encourage working with dumbbells or kettlebells, not only will you build strength but you will get amazing results. 

With today's technology you can find countless apps in the market where you literally can get your own personal trainer in the palms of your hands.

My personal preference is the kettlebell, this amazing tool originated in Russia and was the workout tool used by the Russian army and after reading great reviews I have to agree as well. They really are a great tool to get toned and build endurance which really leaves you feeling energized.
